Phone answering service · Self-employed

You work alone. The phone doesn't wait.

A phone answering service for people whose hands are already full — on a job, in a session, out on the road.

Don't take our word for it — call her. It's an AI that picks up. Our AI receptionist · +32 460 25 44 13

The trade changes. The situation does not: you cannot pick up while you are working.

The callback that never happens

One missed call, two people waiting

The phone buzzes in the middle of a job. You do not pick up, and the caller leaves no message. Later, an unknown number on the screen — no name, no reason, no idea whether it was urgent. So both sides make the same decision, in silence.

You I'll call them back. already on the next job
The caller He'll call me back. no message left

Nobody dials. In the evening it is too late to disturb anyone; the next day, two new calls land on top. The first one is buried — and it may have been your biggest quote of the month.

The call is not missed. It is lost.

What becomes of your missed calls

The same working day, played twice: jobs from 8 am to 6 pm, four calls while your hands are full. Only the ending changes.

All four calls rang while you were working, in both versions. The difference is not your availability — it is what happens when you do not pick up.

An extension of your number

She only takes the calls you would have lost

Celya replaces nothing: your number stays yours, and you are still the first to pick up. She only exists on the branch that used to ring out into nothing.

You keep your number and your operator. You forward your calls when you want — and switch back at any moment.

The dashboard

In the evening, it is already sorted

Every call is transcribed, summarised and filed by reason: appointment booked, question handled, callback requested. No more Post-its, no more list in your head.

You no longer call back an unknown number wondering what they wanted. The reason is already written — and when a customer comes back, their history comes with them.

Time off and absences

Going away? You say it once.

Closed Friday to Sundayset in two taps, from your phone

You change your availability yourself and she adapts immediately: no slot you cannot honour, and a real answer for anyone who calls while you are away.

Setting up

Nothing to change on your side

No hardware, no engineer, no change of operator.

1
You keep your number

The one on your van, your cards and your quotes. You forward your calls when you want — and switch back when you want.

2
Nothing to install

Nothing to plug in, nothing for your customers to download, nobody coming out to you.

3
We set it all up for you

Your hours, your services, the area you cover, your diary.

4
Live in a few days

You keep working, and we take care of the rest.

Accessibility

Built for people who work alone

A traditional phone answering service charges by the hours it covers: the wider the window, the bigger the bill. That is logical, because there are salaries behind it. It is also why most self-employed people never had access to one.

We do not have that constraint. That is what lets us cover a full day — evenings, weekends and after-hours calls included — for someone working on their own.

No commitment, and nothing to change in your setup.

Questions from the self-employed

Phone answering for the self-employed: your questions

Do I have to change my number?
No. You keep your own and forward your calls whenever you want. You can switch back at any moment, without asking anyone.
What if I want to pick up myself?
Then you pick up. She only takes what you didn't: if you are free, nothing changes; if you are busy, the call is handled instead of lost.
Can she book an appointment in my diary?
Yes. She sees your real availability, offers slots that genuinely exist and books the appointment during the call. The caller hangs up with a date, not with a promise of a callback.
How do I handle time off?
You set it yourself, in two taps. She adapts immediately: no slots offered while you are away, and a real answer for the customers who call anyway.
Does she speak Dutch?
Yes. She speaks French and Dutch, and switches automatically into the caller's language.
Can I see what was said during the call?
Yes. Every call is transcribed, summarised and filed by reason in your dashboard. If there is any doubt, the exact conversation is there to read back.
I am a physio, an osteopath, a doctor — what about emergencies?
She does no medical triage: she assesses no symptom and takes no clinical decision. If you define transfer criteria, she applies them and puts the call through to the number you chose. The judgement stays human.
Where is the data hosted?
In Europe, in line with the GDPR. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

The next call will not ring out into nothing.
