Privacy policy.
We keep this simple: we only collect what we need, we never sell your data, and you stay in control of it.
Last updated: 4 June 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Veritasvet SRL (trading as Celya), registered office Avenue de Broqueville 136/1, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, company number BE 0633.747.322. You can reach us at sales@celya.be for anything related to your data.
2. What data we collect
We only collect personal data you choose to give us, and the minimum technical data needed to run the site.
- Contact & booking form: your name, email address, company name and the content of your message.
- Email: if you email us directly, we keep your message and address to reply.
- Technical data: standard server log data (e.g. IP address, browser type) processed by our host to deliver and secure the site.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not buy or sell personal data.
3. Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To answer you and prepare a proposal — based on your request and our pre-contractual / legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- To run and secure the website — based on our legitimate interest in a working, safe site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To meet legal obligations — e.g. accounting, where a contract follows (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship plus the legal retention periods (e.g. 7 years for accounting records in Belgium). Otherwise we delete or anonymise it within 24 months.
5. Who can access it
Your data is handled by Veritasvet SRL and by a small number of trusted processors acting on our instructions, such as our email provider (Google Workspace) and our website hosting provider. We do not transfer your data outside the EEA unless an adequate safeguard (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses) is in place.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can, at any time, request: access to your data; correction; erasure; restriction; objection to processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these, email sales@celya.be. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), dataprotectionauthority.be.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method is 100% secure, but we work to keep risk low.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as our service evolves. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its "last updated" date.
